But we begin with the latest developments from the US regarding the US EPA’s plans for TSCA chemical risk evaluations. The agency confirmed in February that it was reviewing all of the first ten finalised TSCA risk evaluations following an order from President Biden, shortly after he took office in January, for the EPA and other federal agencies to review actions taken over the last four years.
