Moldova, Serbia and Turkey recently amended portions of their domestic chemical laws to align with the EU as they work to advance their candidacies to join the trade bloc.
In the latest business news, rubber chemicals company Flexsys said it has two candidate chemicals that could potentially replace 6PPD as a stabilising agent in tyres.
